Our TeamLambert Schuyler Sally McDowell Richard C. Huseman, Ph.D. Lambert Schuyler has conducted retained searches for clients in most sectors of the healthcare industry during the past 25 years. His healthcare clients have included medical schools, healthcare providers and pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices manufacturers. He has served healthcare informatics providers, health insurance companies and professional services firms serving healthcare clientele. Additional clients have included wholesale distributors of pharmaceuticals and medical products, and healthcare information services providers. Bert established HeadhunterForPathologists in 1998 as a Division of Schuyler Associates. HeadhunterForPathologists is the only search firm specializing in serving Pathology Departments in Medical Schools. He began Schuyler Associates, Ltd. in 1982 to provide personal executive search services to select clients. The firm has been recognized across the US and internationally as a premier executive search boutique. Formerly, he served as Vice President with two major search firms, Lamalie Associates and Billington, Fox & Ellis. Bert earned a bachelor's degree from Babson College, magna cum laude. He is a former President of the British American Business Group in Atlanta and has served as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
Sally McDowell is an experienced, retained search professional who has conducted senior level search assignments in diverse sectors of the healthcare industry that include serving medical schools, healthcare providers, manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, wholesale distributors of medical products, software providers to the healthcare field, biotech companies, and healthcare professional services consulting firms. Sally serves as Vice President of HeadhunterForPathologists Division of Schuyler Associates. She has been a Vice President/Principal of Schuyler Associates for over ten years. Earlier, she was a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young. While at E&Y, she was responsible for recruiting experienced consultants and managers in the firm's high-growth healthcare practice. She began her career with Billington, Fox & Ellis, Inc., a Top 10 executive search firm. Sally is active in professional, community and church activities. Currently, she serves on the board of a local private school, chairs a Staff Relations Committee, and serves on several Conference Committees of a 300,000 member organization. Also, she served on the founding Board of the Good Mews Animal Foundation and remains an active volunteer. Sally is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Dr. Huseman earned his B.A. at Greenville College and his M.A. and Ph.D. at the University of Illinois. He was a professor at the University of Georgia for 27 years and served as Chair of the Department of Management from 1976-1990. From 1990-1996, Dr. Huseman served as Dean of the College of Business Administration for the University of Central Florida in Orlando. From 1996-1997, he was on sabbatical at the University of Southern California. He also served as the Global Manager for Executive Knowledge and Education for a Fortune 50 corporation. He has authored 11 books and written more than 100 articles and professional papers for journals and for national and international professional meetings. He was the founding editor of the Corporate Knowledge Center at the University of Southern California.
